  1. We need to recognize the hard work that was put into preserving PHP, thanks for all your efforts. But the effort to preserve the last of undeveloped 20 PD-H1 parcels for the sustained restoration of wet lands needs to continue with the complete purchase of all 122 acres for preservation. Virginia Beach needs to hear our voices of reason to step forward with one more effort of final purchase of 100% of PHP.
